LGN Story

Chef Mason's journey into the food world began in 2024 with a food truck serving wok-fried noodle boxes and Asian-inspired street food. What started as a passion for bold flavors and good food has grown into something much bigger.

My love for Asian cuisine was sparked by Anthony Bourdain and his show No Reservations. His adventures opened my eyes to the incredible cultures, traditions, and flavors found around the world, inspiring this Southwest Florida local to step outside his comfort zone and try just about everything I could get my hands on.

Today, that same curiosity drives me to keep learning, refining my craft, and creating food that brings people together. My wife and our two sons are my biggest inspiration, reminding me why quality, passion, and sharing a great meal matter so much.

Now, I'm bringing that journey home to Southwest Florida through LGN Ramen—a place built around bold flavors, satisfying bowls, and a little Tokyo street-food attitude. This is more than just an eatery; it's my way of sharing the foods I love with the community I call home.
